Have had really bad service since ordering several items online a month ago. A whole series of events (too many to mention here!) have left me still without my complete order. But the lack of communication from Whittards has been the worse part of it all. Love their high street shops but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH THEM ONLINE.
