I have purchased from Laskys before and thought they were great (37" Toshiba LCD TV) so thought i would use them again to purchase a HD-EP30 HD DVD Player. As with other retailers they were offering 7 Free HD-DVD's 2 in the box and 5 via redemption. The order and delivery were as previous and fine, it was only when the DVD player arrived without the 2 free DVD's in the box that the problems began. It appears that Laskys are fine at day to day sales but are far from helpful when there is a problem. When i contacted Laskys regarding the missing DVD's i was passed from pillar to post and basically told that it wasnt there problem and should contact Toshiba. This is appauling customer service. legally my contract is with them and not Toshiba, Laskys took my money and delivered a product that was not as advertised. The listing on there web site clearly states 2 Free DVD's in the box which there were not therefore this is a breach of contract. They have washed there hands of the matter.
