Ordered on 28th Nov email said order will be delivered in 10 days. 17 days later not received. V difficult to get through to cust services. On hold at 7p a minute for ages. When you do get through they are hopeless. Apparently 10 days means 14!!! and they cannot contact parcelnet direct. They don't answer emails as the email service doesn't work. I contacted head office in Germany and they are now ringing me from cust services. But no sign of parcel and if I want to reorder have to wait another 10 days. Payment taken on order but no offer of refund.
